Private Instruction

Want to try yoga but unsure of how to get started? Not so comfortable in a group setting? Have an injury or condition that you need help dealing with or accommodating? Is there a posture that you want to work on or a style of yoga that you are curious about? Cant find a class time that suits your schedule? Or have a group that wants to practice together? Private instruction is a great option to meet these needs. I can come to your location, we can meet in my OM studio space, which fits up to 8 students (picture below), or we can practice virtually via Zoom.

Prices

Individual - $100/hr + space rental if necessary

Semi-Private/Small Group (4 or more people) - $25/person + space rental if necessary

Have a group? My space is available, or I'll come to you! Mobile unit equipped with props, students supply their own mats. Please inquire in the request form below if interested, pricing varies by location/distance and group size.
